I believe that happiness comes from within, within yourself and within the little things in life. We can only ever reach inner peace within when we stop chasing superficial goals in life enjoy the current moment of existence.
Our health is our greatest currency, often time we overlook the importance of exercise, sacrificing it for other forms of superficial pleasures. Working out is a big part of life and it brings me immense pleasure and happiness to my life.

Walks | I LOVE going on long walks, I often listen to music or podcasts when I'm walking. Walking gives me a chance to clear my head and enjoy life as it is. When walking with friends and family, we get to have long and relaxing conversations. |
